Mobility will revolutionize the efficiency of traffic and commuting in cities by leveraging the capabilities of new 4-D spatial technology and analysis platforms using real-time vehicle location data. The SMART Mobility solution will be designed to provide critical information management and data analysis to support more advanced and efficient urban transportation infrastructure planning and operations in a Smart City.
The international consortium was assembled for the SMART Mobility project and consists of partners from Canada, the Netherlands, Sweden and Spain that bring together complementary core competencies covering the full market value chain necessary to deliver this project, including providers of sensor data, networks, platform, and spatial technology services, application services and end-user organizations.
