:: Oct mayhem ::

October was surposely to feel long n draggy... cox no PH.. but apparently there's more happenings tat kept me busy...

1st half of the mth:

Some1's bday this mth, again. The lucky person got the chance of havin me celebrating bday 2nd time while i'm still quite bu shuang abt the person forgetting mine tis yr. If the person forgets my next bday, this person will 'die'.... painfully of cox.

Spent some time thinking wat i should do... than the idea of delivering a box of roses jus pop out of nowhere... So in goes the roses (fake ones of cox! dun wan anythin to die of suffocation in the parcel), a dolly & a card into a little box.. wrapped & sent via speedpost within 5 hrs.. quite cool actually.

I tink its nice to courier some1 a box of gift. Adds some surprise to it. ^^

So there goes my 1st half of Oct, busy with preparation of surprises & gifts...

2nd half of Oct:

Stuck @ home with chicken pox... $#$!^&$* Unhapi feeling sick for 1 week + my face is a big disaster now. Slightly hapi cox i get to have 2 weeks of mc from work!

Well caught it from little kids who had it.. its either the little baby from aussie OR some1's little devil nephew (who claims its jus 'skin disease' when i ask wats those little dots all over his little body).

But i tink the little devil has a higher possibility of passing his 'skin disease' to me...

I'm starting to feel moldy stayin home for almost 1 week... wana go out but my ugly face jus stops me... face ar... when will recover?

:: My short short trip.. ::

Recap of my short short trip to Malaysia over the last long weekend... Still quite hapi cox at least i stepped out of SG.. Haha..

1st day stopped by Johor for a day... eat, shop, movie, ktv...

1st food of the day! Lunch @ Mary Brown!!!! 2nd time eating it... still like its taste cox its less oily than KFC? ^^

Dinner @ Aijisen... it tasted better here.. cox its less salty?

The hotel @ some part of Johor.. dun ask me where.. i reali duno where tis place is. Haha.. nice entrance to the hotel but the room needs better sound proofing manz...

Morning of the 2nd day... On the way to Malacca!!

After nearly 3.5 hrs on the highway + 0.5 hr circling Malacca town.. finally found our hotel! Yeah pitstop!

Comfy room!!! Definitely a better night of rest in this room!

Ooooo... roadside stall right @ the entrance of our hotel... Poh Pia!... Super nice lor!

Only 4 ingrediants n it tasted heavenly.. The skin, the raddish, pork lard and chinese sausage..

Off to Jonker Walk!!!!

Before the walk... eat their famous Chicken Rice Balls! While eating, we realised during the evening there was no long queue as wat we saw during the afternoon.. hmm Malacca ppl dun like 2 eat chicken rice for dinner? Answer soon to be out...

Food... yummy....

Super delicious dessert... Chendo, the old style...

Answer: Becox u get more eating @ the road side stalls along Jonker Walk during evening & night!!! We made the wrong move 2 eat chicken rice for dinner! Should have ate in afternoon... yikes!

Walking ard & we come across Carrot cake... (it was our supper after the whole day of walking) not much seasoning tat KC commented its too bland... But i like!

Wat's tis? Dim Sum on the street?

How to buy & eat? Take a satay stick n plastic bag, poke anythin u like, eat or da-bao & than pay... so interesting!

Shopping time! Their new shopping mall, Pahlawan.. its big! So big we almost go lost inside.. and i tink we din fully walked the whole mall... its too much like a maze...

1st supper we had - The innocent looking wanton mee @ Jonker Walk. Its amazingly tasty... Must try!

Day 3 - Final rounds ard Malacca... A peak @ the remaining sea view of Malacca... it used to be much more bigger & wider...

KFC @ Mahkota Parade Shopping Mall.. It tasted 90% same as SG KFC!

Verdict after the whole trip: Its nice to walk ard old streets @ ur own pace, eating food cooked in the way that u cant find in SG anymore.. Old school style. Its good memories...

:: Weekends ::

Finally had a good good weekend...

On a single Saturday...

Played my new wii games... Rabbids and Cooking Mama. Super cute games... but aching hands till now.. oopsie...

Than off to PS to have a little relaxing tea session with the poly babes @ my new found tea place... Tea Cosy! Great place to relax, hang out, have desserts... & most imptly... tea! Love the little restuarant cum figurine shop's layout & food.

After the relaxing session.. its off to Jay Chou's concert in the evening! Woohoo!!!! (first time i took the Circle Line too! Interesting experience)

This round the concert has...

1. Better digital effects (lots of 3D images, videos, special effects...)
2. Great vocal from Jay (his voice was as clear as that from his CD)
3. Minimum hiccups thru-out (only 1 hiccup where his mic has no sound)
4. More songs!!! (lots of old classics & new hits)

Looking forward to more relaxing weekends & tea sessions...

Got another round of 'brain wash' from the tops, again.

Apparently i dun feel that 'washed' after hearing the comments, advises, suggestions...

How do a person change her facial expression while she's concentrating @ her work?

How do a person knows wat facial expression she has while she's walking around?

Talk too direct cannot... Dont communicate also cannot... Tell the truth cannot... Dress too ugly cannot... and thx for commenting i look dull...

Maybe i should go attend some acting course... so tat i can act a facial expression & body language, 8hrs while i'm working, tat will pleases everyone tat walks past me... not forgeting using the most tactful way to hide the truth of watever i'm planning to do from the other party.

Wat?! I'm no actress, please....

Starting to feel more n more like a PR... i call it "Publicity Relation"... Coz there's always constant pressure to portrait a good example of how a "good" staff should.

Maybe i should reali consider been an 'actress'... or put a switch on me so tat with a click of a switch, i can 'transform' into a bright, cheerful, friendly, wonderful HR, every single second, mins, hours while i'm in the office.

Good idea right?

:: Feeling stone ::

Early morning began with a lousy email from some1 i dun reali like...

Geez after mths of doing 'it' a few times, than some1 tell me i did it the wrong way & the way of 'informing' me was kinda snobbish.

Funnily, the group of people tat r tagged to the same email, didnt come find me, didnt ask me in for 'kopi' session, didnt even mention a single thing to any1 else out of the loop.

Wat?!

The matter must have 'exploded' yday, after i off work. I'm glad i chose to pack & go the moment the late meeting ended yday. So glad i wasn't at the pt of 案发现场 and listening to tat person blabbering things r done wrongly.... y tis y tat...

I was jus the tool of passing information.... i feel so innocently wronged. Those that have worked for so so so many yrs didnt even know its the wrong way of doing 'it'.

Wat do they expect from some1 who joined less than a yr? (to be precise, its abt 11mths 25days)

Getting a bit easily pissed nowadays... 忍忍忍!
