Well, this looks fun

I saw this new block of the month earlier this summer but my mind was on other things. This morning, I got a last chance email and now I am back to contemplating adding this to my very full, but also very fun, plate. I have loved everything that Emma designs and it feels very much like my vibe right now. It also helps that another blogger I frequently visit will be making this quilt too. And of course, it would be one more way to use up more of my stash. So yes, I will be clicking the go button on this quilt project just as soon as I sign off here.

Quilts in Ordinary Time

Finally, my 2025 Ordinary Time quilt is coming together. There is still work to be done but I can feel the energy that comes with progress. I am so happy to have my large design wall. I have been auditioning possible fabrics all day – something that seems to make time just fly past.

I hope to have this top finished by the end of August. That will give me time to do the quilting before Ordinary Time ends.
