Morning Everybody peeps, Well this really is the shortest post ever. We are pulling the bedroom to bits it really needs decorating and sorting out. However I wanted to post my card for Dies Cut Dreams Challenge which is Sympathy. This was difficult as this card is for my friend Lee, we started school together and sadly she buried her hubby on the 23rd December. I Wanted to send her another card to let her know that she is on my mind every day. So it is a Sympathy card but a 2nd one if you know what I mean xxxx Well now to get it linked up as this really is the 11th hour.....lol it finishes at 12 noon....whew!!!!! skates on girl....... The flowers are from Wild Orchid and the leaves are my new Spellbinders that Santa brought me. I cut them from textured cardstock and inked them alittle then moulded them to give them some life, The papers are Papermania Blueberry pie. My die came from Santa's stocking too :)) xx Catch up later as back to the bedroom before he escapes, must keep him busy !xxxBye for now

Well this is rather a quick post today as I really need to get to town and get some shopping. If anyone calls for coffee I will be struggling for milk if nothing else. So I will post my card for the Sugar Bowl Erika's sketch Challenge 75 I decided to do Thomas in Red, White & Blue seems it is going to be the year for it. Checked Paper was from Papermania Blueberry pie pk and the spotty I am afraid I can't remember....maybe Basics I coloured Thomas with Promarkers and added Ribbon and Buttons from Stock. I have just realised I forgot to take a pic of insert...doh! It has the check paper on one side and a paler check on the other.... that tells you alot doesn't it, what am I like...lol I will try and add a picture later.

Hi, hope everyone is having a lovely Sunday, The Sunshine is gorgeous here in the NE but it is quite cold so will be wrapping up shortly to go out. I thought I would get my card posted first as i am rather behind this week. I have been doing some decorating ...just a little bit mind you. I have re-papered my Chimney breast in the lounge as I hated it, so I did it yet again, bought new cushions and some little bits to add here and there :)) See how long I like this paper for, not long I would imagine, but so expensive to keep replacing :O Well enough of my waffle onto my card, this little Miss is called Lucy who I have never coloured before even though I have had her for an age, isn't she is so cute and amusing, I just love those big feet....lol.

Papertake weekly Challenge Buttons, Bows, Bling and Blooms. Not sure there is alot of bling on it except for pearls and Brad but hope its enough xxxx I tried my hand at Paper piecing her top, this is a whole new ball game for me..Loved it oh! but I think I need lots and lots of practice and some helpful tips as hadn't a clue : ( I nearly did her pants as well but bottled out after doing the top....lol How are those for a pair of tootsies....lol Well off for a short walkies ....think I was taking a dog wouldn't you....lol But as I haven't got one .. will take Den instead :)) catch up with some blogs later today, by for now xxxx

Morning ....oops!! sorry Good afternoon.. where did my morning go! It has been one of those mornings and its passed me by. We woke to no water and the waterboard van travelling around with a loudspeaker to say they were repairing a broken main and water was turned off....great and me with not even my face washed....lol However we always fill the kettle before we go to bed, my hubby is always prepared for these things :) so it has been a little amount for a cuppa and the rest for face & hands..... I do feel mucky......lol Hopefully it will be on soon xx Well enough waffle, this is my card for the Lily of the Valley Challenge 2 Favourite stamp. This was a real easy one for me as I adore this image. It is so sweet and they always look as though they are striding it out in eager anticipation... I love it! A funny thing about this challenge card was I made it for the 1st challenge.. new beginnings, I was so pleased that my favourite lotv image could be inked up..sadly I missed the deadline : ( Then to my amazement todays challenge was favourite stamp.............Woweee!! I think someone knew don't you! I have also used my favourite colour for this card so I am quite pleased with it.
A closer look at this adorable image, isn't it so sweet. I have found as i have got older that I don't seem to know as many people that are getting married. I have two grandsons of 25 and 24 though so I will keep living in hope. I would be happy to use this stamp once a week if I had enough weddings to cater for....lol A little side view as always .. I still need my verse stamped in this, not sure I was happy about the inside really...but like they say what is done ...is done...I am also entering into... Papertake Die-Cute challenge,

A little bit of sparkle :)) A peek at the insert, sentiment to be added... Hi Everyone, Well The goodies are cleared away .. eaten or thrown out and I have at last got my Crafting area back again. As I work in my lounge on the dining table everything has to vanish over holidays so we can use all the table :(( Den & I can manage on one end normally but high days and holidays are a different matter.However I am now raring to go so here is my card for today.It is to go into The Sugar Bowl Maria Therese's Sketch 74 The option was no Bought Papers, this was the hard bit for me...yikes!! The easy part was which image to use as I couldn't wait to ink up Pippi Longsocks, isn't she just adorable. Sorry The pics don't look too clear to me, or is it my tired eyes.
