Happy weekend everyone,
Just thought I would pop on with a card I made last night, sorry I don't feel the picture is all that wonderful. I think the heavy rain and black clouds this morning had a little to do with that. However the sun is now shining ..can you believe this weather!!!!
I decided to use a Bugaboo stamp (Gus) but to be honest I struggled with what papers to use!  so its not quite what I had in mind when I started....lol   Normally I plan it all together before I start, this time I went with the flow and the flow just didn't happen...it sort of stopped mid stream :o(
So that's it, hope I have a better afternoon....lol

 I think she will become a firm favourite with me.

Hi everyone, Hope you have sunshine, its glorious here and we are off to town to do the usual fresh food shop.
First I wanted to post yet another blue card..This is 4 in a row, I must be in the blue mode. will be a different colour next time I promise.
I came across the Saturday Sketch blog  over the weekend and decided I would follow them and join in, I spend far too long fiddling with sketches lately, I am not good at arranging things on my cards....You may have noticed that...lol
 Here is my entry for this weeks challenge, rather a CAS sketch but I am happy with how it turned out.

Today just like the title says Mo's challenge is Something New  Now that can be whatever you like!  a new craft item ..a new technique, New Baby, whatever comes to mind as long as its new and you tell us what it is.
Remember it must have at least one of Mo's images on it and then you will qualify for the random draw to win a $5 credit for Mo's store :o) oh those lovely new images are so hard to resist too.
Here is my card I used "Bride & Groom Dancing" 
This is A New Beginning for my dearest friend, She met a gentleman in September and they are getting married on March 8th...fast going eh! if she wasn't 69 I would have been thinking a new baby card was in order ;o)


 The inside I decided to continue the lace theme and add two tags into a pocket, one has Bride on and a LOTV sentiment, the second tag has Groom and together forever on it.

Good Morning all, 
Well the  grey locks have been cut for another few weeks, so feeling a little lighter on top :o)) 
Today we plan on getting a decent walk in as we have been so busy this past week that its been neglected, we need to get into our routine again. Our daughter came back from South Africa last night, so will be more than happy to see her later today....if she can get out of bed after her travels....lol she left SA on Monday morning and arrived home at 9pm last night :o( I think travelling on her own was really tiring, she has a 13 hr stop in Istanbul between plane change, so I have been paranoid....lol   Anyway lots of  hugs to get in today :o))

Well have a card to show, again I will enter it into Simon says Stamp challenge as I think it will fit the Ice challenge perfectly, Its very frosty looking with all the sparkly icicles and snowball. I intend to make Christmas cards all through the year as lots of people didn't get one last year and I felt dreadful about it. I always used to start them in November so how I ever manage before I haven't a clue....lol
 Well that's it this morning as going to squeeze that walk in and also go and fit a mirror to my sisters mobility scooter for her. She had a fall from it the other day and ended up falling half into the road....gulp!! but she came out of it fine and said she won't go  that way to the shops again as the pavement is wonky....lol I think she misjudged the edge of kerb but she is OK and that's what matters. She does complain that she can't see behind her very well though because of her neck and shoulder problem, so a mirror will help that.
Well that's it so will.....

Hi everyone, Hope everyone has some of this glorious Sunshine today :o)) I am off to the hairdresser but wanted to add my card to Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge before I go. This is another of the challenges on my New year Wish list. I wrote down about 6 or 7 ....but blimey don't the weeks go by fast! I am not sure I will keep up!
 Anyway the challenge is Ice Inspiration so I thought I would use this Marianne Stamp called ..... Ice Skating, well I think its called that?
I had to take my picture laid flat ...which I don't like! but the sun was so bright it was hard to photograph and also get the sparkle to show.
Well off to get the golden hmm!!! Grey locks cut and some shopping in and I will catch up tonight with your lovely creations.xxxxxxxx

Good Morning Everyone,
 Just a quick post this morning as I want to enter another Challenge that's on my to do list :o))  I really am getting to grips this year....she says, or in this case its  Simon Says Wednesday Challenge. This challenge is New Beginnings which was perfect as I needed a card for my SIL aunty who hopefully will be moving into a new home shortly. Quite a quick easy card but I was pleased with it on the whole. Sorry the picture is  not so good, its a combination of learning new camera and funny yellow sky this morning.
I am also entering it into Fan-Tastic Tuesday...anything goes

Good Morning All, 
Hope everyone is safe from the storms, huge hugs to anyone that has been caught up in them. I hope those that have been hit are safe and not too much damage caused.xxxxx Thankfully apart from high winds we are OK. 
I thought I would show you the card that I made to enter a couple of challenges. I made a short list of challenges that I would like to support in 2014 and ATCAS  is one of them, I love to see what the new code word is each fortnight. this one is "Die-Cuts"...now that's right up my street :o)  
Another challenge blog is Allsorts and the challenge is "Free & Easy. I think this card fits both the challenges, I am so determined to join in some of my favourites this year.
Some new challenges starting in a few weeks too, so hopefully will enjoy them too.
I seem to have got my new year resolutions off to a decent start ...I know! I hear to laughing and saying its only Jan.6th  believe me that is good for me....lol   normally they fall by the way-side by the 3rd....sort of before they get started :o(
Here's the card, very CAS but I was quite pleased with it. New Poppy Die and new Spellbinders 5x7 detailed scallops which I used to make a border.
 I added blue Pearlised card behind the Poppy negative.

Good Morning and Happy New Year everyone.
Well here we are with another year full of surprises i expect. Last year brought some  very sad news for us. This year will be a year of happier events if God is willing!  We will celebrate our Golden Wedding later in the year and finish the year with a big Birthday for me....yikes! 
 Well now lets get to the first crafting session of the year for me....shame Mojo is still on holiday, I haven't a clue where he went!!!!!!
The New challenge of 2014 over at Mo's Digital is Anything Goes. A nice easy one for you, just to help get you in the crafty mood again. In my case it was a good job as all my stash had to be packed away for Christmas as I work in the lounge ..the dining end!
So here is my CAS card...till I get all my crafty stuff back out.
 Something else to really get you inspired is Mo's sale...wowee!!!!!




 How on earth do we choose between these cuties..well I want them all :o))

This image is certainly a sign of things to come...for me!
I must get a stone off! hopefully by March for my friend's wedding. The image is called "Hoping"  I will be hoping those scales are kind to me.
