    This request form is to inquire about booking with Nina Aston at Timber Hearth Tattoo Co.
  • PLEASE NOTE:

    I am currently booking for the APRIL 2026 through JUNE 2026, and book appointments SUNDAYS -TUESDAYS only, as well as the first SATURDAY of each month. This form will be open until I reach the max amount of inquiries I am able to book to fill this window of time. Please allow anywhere from 1-2 weeks for a response from me via email (nina.artandink@gmail.com). It takes me a lot of time to read through submissions and complete correspondence with each person, so please be patient with me! To make sure you receive my email response, please add my email address to your contacts on whatever system you use (gmail, yahoo, etc.) to ensure my response to your inquiry doesn't go straight to your spam folder. This ensures you receive it, but also that you're able to respond to any design/appt questions I may have in a timely manner. If I don’t hear back within 48 hours once I email you , I’ll have to move on to others waiting to book and you may miss out on scheduling with me this round.
  • MatchingTattoos/ Group Appointments

    - If you are looking to book an appointment at the same time as someone else or as a group, please include personal contact and design info for EACH PERSON in the design detail field. I will use the contact info listed directly below as the main point of contact for scheduling, and cc the others in my email response so it all stays in one thread. DO NOT SEND IN MULTIPLE INQUIRIES. This gets complicated too quickly and delays the booking process.
  • Consults

    - I require in-person consultations for any rework, tattoo cover up, or scar cover up projects to be done first before booking. If it is a large project, the details of the design are very specific/complicated, or the design requires working with or around a lot of preexisting tattoos- I may opt for a consult before we move forward with booking. But, the design information you give below is too unclear, you may not get a email response to complete booking.

  • These next few questions aren’t required, but are here if you want to tell me more about yourself and so I can make sure you have a good experience!

  • Almost Done! What’s Next:

    Once you submit this inquiry and I am able to review it, you should receive an email from me to the email you provided earlier (as long as all the information is provided accurately and it is a project I am able to pick up). Please allow anywhere from 1-2 weeks for an initial response from me. I am only one human, so sometimes it takes me a while to get through requests! Filling out this form does NOT guarantee a spot on the schedule. In my email to you, I will ask any clarifying questions about your tattoo, give you a quote, and send you 1-2 openings to choose from based on the schedulding preferences you gave me. You will have 48 hours to reply to that email with a chosen date, after that I will have to offer those spots up to someone else if I don't hear back from you in time- delaying your ability to book with me this time around (so please keep an eye out for my email and add my email to your contacts so you don’t miss it!). I will then send you a payment link for the deposit. This link is to my Square point of sale to both collect the deposit amount and contact info needed to finish scheduling your appointment. I do not accept Venmo or Cashapp payments. The deposit is: $25 for tattoos quoted at $150, $50 for tattoos quoted above $150, $100 for all-day sessions. The deposit is due 24 hours after it is sent to you via email. If not received, I will have to give your appointment spot to someone else and you’ll have to pick a new date.The deposit is nonrefundable, but is counted towards the total due the day of your tattoo appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 72 hours or no call/no show - you will forfeit your deposit and a new one will have to be paid in order to schedule with me again in the future.
