    Louis Vuitton Next Generation. How do future retail leaders turn learning into leadership? The HORIZONS Retail Learning Expedition recently brought together graduates from across North Asia for an event dedicated to reflection, exchange and collective growth. The experience centred on how leaders grow from within: clarifying vision, strengthening decision-making and deepening their role as people developers. As one participant shared, “I want to be a Team Manager who sees my role primarily as a people developer, supporting growth through meaningful conversations and long-term thinking.” The HORIZONS Retail graduates also explored how strategic understanding translates into daily actions, aligning team development with the House’s long-term direction. “Understanding the House’s vision allows me to connect everyday priorities with where we are heading, and to communicate that clearly and consistently to my team,” reflected another. Applications are currently open for the HORIZONS Retail Graduate Program in North Asia.     Louis Vuitton Next Generation. How does early momentum become long-term success? That was the question put to business students at HEC Paris, who, just six months after the launch of La Beauté Louis Vuitton, were invited to explore how initial success could evolve into lasting customer engagement. As part of the House’s long-standing relationship with the business school, the two-month project brought together 45 students in teams on a real House brief, developing campaign proposals across digital and in-store experiences. “It was inspiring to welcome tomorrow’s leaders into the world of La Beauté Louis Vuitton and hear their fresh and bold perspectives,” shares David Galibert, Marketing Director, Beauty. “Their proposals presented new ways to extend launch momentum through experiential journeys.” Reflecting on the experience, Audrey, a member of the winning team adds: “The project challenged us while giving us the freedom to explore limitless ideas. Presenting our work to Louis Vuitton’s senior leadership was a defining experience, and we learned enormously through the process.” Presented to a joint jury of House teams and HEC professors, the project highlights how Louis Vuitton engages new generations early in the launch cycle to remain agile and sustain innovation. #LouisVuitton #LVCampus #LVPHQ

    Louis Vuitton Operations Talent. Who lives the savoir-faire behind our leather accessories? Across the House, it is the expertise of our teams that brings Louis Vuitton creations to life. In every workshop, highly specialised savoir-faire is developed, refined and passed on through the daily practice of the people behind it. In Spain, our leather accessories workshop is home to artisans and specialists whose savoir-faire extends to belts and bracelets. Working with gestures specific to these products, the team combines close coordination with deep product knowledge. Style Coordinator Marc Olivon experiences this dynamic every day. “Managing each project means staying organised while leaving room for creativity,” he explains. Acting as the link between Paris and the workshop, he highlights how a collaborative approach underpins the work, where “team spirit and the sharing of skills make every challenge rewarding.” Through this collective mindset, the workshop’s craftsmanship is able to flourish, ensuring each creation reflects the values and excellence of the House.     Louis Vuitton Celebrates Talent. What happens when expertise comes aboard?   For Operations teams in China, “The Louis” in Shanghai opened a new way of sharing savoir-faire. For many, this project was a first, bringing their craftsmanship into real-time exchange with clients beyond the workshop.   For Daniel Feng, Supply Chain Care Team Supervisor, the experience marked a turning point in his twenty-year journey with the House. “It was the first time in my career that I stepped from behind the scenes into the spotlight, embarking on a journey full of surprises and challenges,” he shares.   Senior Technician Vicky Wang reflects on the shift. “Even with eleven years of experience dealing with clients, facing the overwhelming flow of visitors was initially daunting.” With support from PR and Retail Learning teams, she adds, “we learned how to narrate the compelling stories behind the products, which in turn built our confidence.”   For those involved, charting unfamiliar territory became a space to grow, made possible by shared learning and the courage to steer forward.   #LouisVuitton #LVOperationsTalents #LVMainlandChina

As Team Manager Bintou explains, “fashion needs to be a passion of yours, because that’s pretty much how we break the ice with all of our clients.” In a store shaped by a local community of young creatives, clients arrive driven by their desire to express who they are.
