Supplications and prayers to be made to Only One True God

I beseech therefore, first of all, supplications to be made, prayers, entreaties, thanks, for all men;
2 For kings, and all them being in eminence; that we may lead a gentle and quiet life, in all devotion and gravity.
3 For this good and acceptable before our Saviour God;
4 Who wills all men to be saved, and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
5 For one God, and one mediator of God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
6 Having given himself a ransom for all, a testimony in his own time.

The Holy Bible: Containing the Old and New Testaments; Translated Literally from the Original Tongues (J. E. Smith, vert.; 1 Tim 2:1–6). (1876). American Publishing Company.

The apostle Paul instructs Timothy on prayer. This is also a request to us, to regularly pray to the Only One True God, the Elohim Hashem Jehovah.

Much too often there are people who call themselves Christian, but worship a Trinity, though it is made clear in Scriptures that there is only One True God above all gods. The apostle urges Timothy and the members of the ecclesia, to pray for all people, since there is only one God Host of hosts, Who is over all people.

Those who worship a Trinity should go looking for the God of Jesus, who is the God of Abraham. They best take the Bible at hand and read it thoroughly, so that they may come to see what the Almighty God Himself said about Him and His only begotten son, the Nazarene Jewish man Jeshua ben Josef, the son of Josef and Mary, better known as Jesus Christ.

When going through the Holy Scriptures one shall also learn why and how we should pray to that One God and not to other gods, idols or saints. From the Book of Books one shall come to learn how prayer can also be a form of witnessing, proving your adherence to the Only True God. In the Bible it is made clear that only those prayers sent up to the Elohei HaElohim (God of gods) shall receive the listening ear of El’Elyon, the Supreme or Most High Elohim Jehovah, God above all gods.

From the Scripture readings, we can see that how we pray does matter. It should not just be words in the wild and certainly not a rattle-off. God demands honesty and sincerity from the one who prays to Him. God knows our hearts and as such cannot be deceived.

If we address our prayers to God, it has to have God’s Wonderworks in mind and take in mind God’s Plan. Our prayers should be as rendering service to the Almighty. It has to be as from strength which God supplies: so that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong glory and power for ever and ever.

7 And the end of all has drawn near: be ye therefore of sound mind, and live abstemiously in prayers. (1 Pe 4:7).

And of the times and seasons, brethren, ye have no need to write to you. (1 Tes 5:1)

2 In prayer persevere, watching in it in gratitude; (Kol 4:2)

18 By all prayer and supplication praying in all time in Spirit, and for this same watching vigilantly in all perseverance and supplication for the holy: (Ef 6:18).

    I’ve come to realize that life is not just about the destination, but about the path we take to get there.
    I’ve learned that prayer is not just a ritual, but a connection to something greater.
  2. Waiting Is Hard
    It is in the waiting we often are tempted to do things to make something happen. We struggle to trust God’s timing. What if God forgot about me? What if He isn’t going to do what He said? How long will I have to wait?
    God has always been good. There is evidence for that truth.

  4. When It Feels Like Fear Wins
    There have been hard moments that we do not think we would survive. There have been losses before. There has been pain before. It has felt overwhelming before. And yet God always comes through. Sometimes He comes through by walking with us through those moments that threaten to break us. Sometimes He saves us from those moments. He has never left us alone in whatever we face. He has always been there.

  6. Fellowship: The Enjoyment of God
    It is also essential to understand that nothing is hidden from God. He is omniscient, meaning He knows everything about everything. Even when we do something wrong, we must realise that God is not shocked by it. He saw it even before we thought about it.
    Sometimes, we find it hard to pray because we think our conversation with God will involve correction or instruction to do something we don’t really want to do. God can give either of those things, but sometimes, He wants to tell us He loves and is with us. He wants us to enjoy Him.

    What if we approached God with open hands and minds, willing to let God be God? Maybe His ways are not our ways. Maybe God isn’t orchestrating every event. Because I live, ye shall live also. 20 At that day ye shall know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. 21 He that hath My commandments and keepeth them, he it is that loveth Me; and he that loveth Me shall be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will manifest Myself to him.” 22 Judas (not Iscariot) said unto Him, “Lord, how is it that Thou wilt manifest Thyself unto us, and not unto the world?” 23 Jesus answered and said unto him, “If a man love Me, he will keep My words; and My Father will love him, and We will come unto him and make Our abode with him. 24 He that loveth Me not, keepeth not My sayings. And the Word which you hear is not Mine, but the Father’s who sent Me. 25  “These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. 26 But the Comforter, who is the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in My name, He shall teach you all things and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. 27 “Peace I leave with you; My peace I give unto you, not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. 28  Ye have heard how I said unto you, ‘I go away and come again unto you.’ If ye loved Me, ye would rejoice because I said, ‘I go unto the Father,’ for My Father is greater than I. 29 And now I have told you before it come to pass, that when it is come to pass, ye might believe. 30 “Hereafter I will not talk much with you, for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in Me. 31 But that the world may know that I love the Father, as the Father gave Me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.” (Joh 14:17-31 KJ21)

“30 And the angel said unto her, “Fear not, Mary, for thou hast found favor with God. 31 And behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb and bring forth a Son, and shalt call His name JESUS. 32 He shall be great and shall be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God shall give unto Him the throne of His father David, 33 and He shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of His Kingdom there shall be no end.” 34 Then said Mary unto the angel, “How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?” 35 And the angel answered and said unto her, “The Holy Spirit shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee. Therefore also that Holy Being who shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.” (Lu 1:30-35 KJ21)

“21  Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass that Jesus also was baptized.
