Custom/enhanced Date validation

Hi!

I just stumbled across this project and it's fantastic!

I was wondering though if there was a way to enhance, or add custom date validation logic when validating the date format?

I can see that it checks the input against a regex, but it does not validate if it's a valid date - for example, 30 days in February will pass, and it would also be nice to be able to check if a particular date has to be within a range.

Is this possible at all?

On reflection I realise that adding custom date logic is more business logic and not part of OpenAPI validation.

However, checking if the data is valid or not still seems a reasonable request for this project to do.
