ForkEvent payload doesn't include reference to source of fork

As mentioned in the subject, the ForkEvent payload currently doesn't include the source of the fork, but insteads lists the forkee both in the repo and forkee fields, so when looking at a user's event stream, it's not possible to determine the repository that was forked.

As can be seen, the repo field is off: It should refer to openhab/openhab-addons, not coop-git/openhab-addons. It used to behave like that in the past, so this is a regression.
