I have a fine-grained token with:
Repository permissions:
Read access to metadata
Read and Write access to actions, administration, code, pull requests, repository hooks, and workflows
Organization permissions
Read and Write access to members and organization administration
I'm member of the team that has Admin Role. What am I missing?
And yet I cannot add a collaborator to it using https://docs.github.com/en/rest/collaborators/collaborators?apiVersion=2022-11-28#add-a-repository-collaborator
