Previous release, v0.0.2025-b1, is generated from upstream 2025a.
It's mistake made in repo tzf and has been fixedtzf-fix.

This update will be released to tzf/tzf-rs/tzf-wasm as soon as possible.
However, in recent days tzfpy already publish two times. This update may
not release to PyPI very quickly. Maybe wait to 2025c published or
2026a. Since tzfpy already used 6.6GB in the total quota of 10GB.

The tzpb pipeline in repo tzf has been updated to support any history
version tzpb files generated. If anyone want to use other version, that
will fit the needs.
