and of the AC, with adjustements made based on the Director's handling
of the AC Review, as of October 07 2021,
to be used as the formal Process from 2021.

Process 2021 before the major reorg

Process 2021 saw a major editorial reorganization, and this version
contains all the changes except that reorg, to facilitate diffing.
