ABNF grammar fix for STRUCTURED-HEADERS

Since draft-ietf-httpbis-header-structure-18 the "sh-" prefix for ABNF was changed to "sf-". https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-httpbis-header-structure-19#appendix-C.1
