Christy Nicholas is a bestselling author who loves strong themes, bittersweet endings, and stories with complex characters. Her historical fantasy novels are set mostly in Ireland, and some have spice and dark themes.
Christy lives wherever her heart (and work) takes her, but at the moment, she’s in Connecticut, wishing she lived in Ireland. She has two cats (Mallory and Lana), and her favorite place is at her computer, delving into yet another historical rabbit hole.
She writes under several other pennames.
- If you like time travel, sassy heroines, witty banter, and high stakes, check out C. N. Jackson and her Toronto Time Agents Series
- If you prefer paranormal cozy mysteries or urban/contemporary fantasy, all set in Ireland, with snark, magic, and a lighter tone, see Rowan Dillon’s books.
- For women’s fiction and timeslip romance with spice and adventure, see Emeline Rhys.

Absolutely wonderful author! Her books are phenomenal and her historical research is deep and accurate!

Hi Christy, I recently read and reviewed your book. I enjoyed it much! When I was tagged for this writer’s Q&A, I thought it would be fun to tag you and find out more about your characters and you as a writer. If you’d like to participate, here’s where I tagged you: https://sherijkennedyriverside.wordpress.com/2016/04/10/i-inquiry/ Either way, cheers!

Hi Christy. Thanks for visiting and following my blog. It’s always nice to meet a fellow writer of historical fiction. The Celtic era was so mythical and also fairly female-friendly from what I understand of it. It must be very rewarding to write about it.

Great blog! I saw on Goodreads you haven’t claimed your author’s page and only one of your books are up there. You may want to join the forum so you can control what’s up there, and you already have one follower. 🙂
