In questo periodo una bella passeggiata nei boschi ti da la possibilità di raccogliere noci, nocciole e bellissimi funghi porcini.
Di solito li faccio saltare in padella con un pò d&#39;aglio, una manciata di prezzemolo e olio d&#39;oliva da servire come contorno o per condire un profumatissimo piatto di tagliatelle.

Sciroppo di carrube:

Mio nonno mi raccontava che in estate i contadini 
andavano a consumare il loro pranzo sotto gli alberi della carruba e 
così trovavano anche un pò di refrigerio perchè sotto il carrubo non 
sembra che sia estate....






Il
 periodo migliore per la raccolta delle carrube è le prime due settimane
 del mese di Agosto. Raccogliere le carrube ancora attaccate all’albero
