Hiring in healthcare isn’t about filling roles. It’s about getting people decisions right — early, deliberately, and with context. As healthcare continues to evolve with AI, new care models, and venture-led innovation, the people equation matters more than ever. At Xponentiate, we work at the intersection of founders, operators, and mission-critical roles across healthcare and healthtech.
