Fine
settimana piovoso in Sicilia…che tristezza! Per tirarsi su serve qualcosa di
speciale…un barattolo di Nutella? E se la Nutella finisse dentro..e sopra i
biscotti?? Il nome parla chiaro..si tratta di dolcetti molto golosi. Potete
comunque farcirli con la crema spalmabile che più vi piace… io ho fatto metà
con la crema di pistacchio.

sono un dolce tipico della pasticceria siciliana. Buoni ed irresistibili per
tutti i golosi anche nella versione salata lasciano a bocca aperta… provate! Penso siano perfetti da portare in tavola per queste feste. Che ne pensate?

ricetta di oggi ci porta in Grecia… alla scoperta delle KEFTEDES, queste
polpette d’agnello aromatizzate (con diverse spezie e aromi) che vengono servite

Oggi vi
racconto la mia colazione…. Da buona siciliana non può che essere la GRANITA!
Per questa versione al limone vi servono solo tre ingredienti: limoni bio,
acqua e zucchero. Se non avete la gelatiera, rompete i cristalli di ghiaccio
con un tritaghiaccio o il mixer. Potete anche bere da sola la granita nelle
calde giornate estive… fresca, buona e dissetante! Provare, per credere.
