To redeem your CompTIA exam voucher, schedule your exam through Pearson VUE’s website. During the payment process, enter your voucher code to cover the exam fee. Ensure the voucher is valid for the specific exam and region.

After purchase, you’ll receive an email with the access key and instructions. Follow the provided steps to activate your product.

You can view your transaction history by logging into your ITM store account here or via the shopping cart icon in the top ribbon or the side menu. Once logged in you will be able to view your transaction history.

Our store vouchers typically expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. A following email will be sent within 1-2 business days that will contain your product access instructions. If you haven’t received either of these emails, check your spam or junk folder. If you’ve not received an email within 2 business days, please get in touch with the ITM Team.

From the ITM Store login page you will be able to reset your password. Once you’ve submitted your password reset request you will receive an email, follow the prompts to reset your password.

There are three levels of discounts available.

  • 5% discount for students enrolled in any ITM Short Course
  • 10% discount for students who have passed any ITM Short Course (certificate required)
  • 15% discount for students and alumni of ITM and CSU Post Graduate Courses

Proof of enrolment, or a certificate of completion for the short course, can be emailed to [email protected] to request your discount.

Discounts are strictly one use only and sharing of codes may result in the cancellation of orders and the deactivation of the discount codes.

If you have misplaced your voucher/access key email, please get in touch with IT Masters via [email protected] and we will re-issue your email.

The CompTIA Security+ certification is globally recognised and demonstrates foundational knowledge in cybersecurity, making it a valuable credential for IT professionals. It meets industry standards and is often a baseline requirement for entry-level security roles.

With a CompTIA Security+ Certification you also become eligible for industry certification credit in our IT Masters & Charles Sturt University’s Post Graduate Courses. Returns Policy

Exam Vouchers

 

All voucher purchases are final. Exam voucher purchases may not be returned, refunded or exchanged

All exam vouchers, including any retakes, expire 12 months from the date of purchase. You must register and take your exam (and retake, if applicable) prior to the voucher expiration date. Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended.

Voucher Prices include GST and are priced in Australian dollars ($AUD). Most products here can only be redeemed and used from an Australia/South Pacific or SE Asian address.

Non-voucher digital products may be returned, at the discretion of CompTIA, if the following criteria are met

1. The return request is submitted within 15 days from the purchase date.

2. The digital access key has not been redeemed/activated.

IT Masters will help facilitate the return request directly with CompTIA but can not guarantee that the request will be granted.
