Christmas has come and gone so fast, so quickly…and so has new year’s day. Time for reflection and resolutions. Yes, resolutions are usually never successfully fulfilled. But that doesn’t mean we should stop trying right? I mean, who doesn’t want their life to be better?
Anyways, before I go on rambling about my resolutions for the new year, let me look back and recap the highs and lows of my 2008. (more…)
I dislike alcohol…really…
but i can’t believe I ended up in the Pump Room for two nights in a row!
At least the band was good.
Anyway, the weekend was pretty uneventful. Just went chilling with the gang on Fri evening. Oh, tried Scottish food for the first time…safe to say, I won’t want to marry a scottish woman (I dun want to be eating haggis all the time…though i did like the scotch eggs)
Sat evening was Saraid’s birthday @CHIJMES. She insisted us dressing up ugly as the theme for the night. Oh well… her birthday mah, so grant it to her lor (anyway, she promised she will bring ugly clothes if we dun)
And boy, did she bring…she actually went to chinatown to pick out butt ugly aunty clothes for those who did not comply!

Was fortunate to collect the Race Pack early due to corporate registration. Corporate registrants get to collect their race pack early. I have been anticipating for this because I was curious to find out if this year’s event tee was nicer than last year’s…(my fave is 2006, followed by 2008, really dislike 2007’s!)
Well…here are the pics! (sorry no female version, but i can say that the female tee is duo colours..nicer that the guys’ i would say…)
Wah…i think itz been eons since I last posted an entry! So long that I can’t remember when or what was the last entry.
I guess nothing much happened since the last entry. I went to BBK and back, totally enjoyed the shopping (disappointed that I didn’t have enuff massages though)
Woah…past few weeks have been rather happening!
Hospital got audited (JCI) so everyone’s been super busy (and bitchy!)
And at the same time, brillant minds decided to have the hospital’s dinner & dance right after audit. That means during working hours – JCI preparations. AFTER working hours – D&D preparations. -_- SianZzz
Anyway, D&D was pretty boring but this year, I took more photos with other hospital staff rather than my own dept (which was what happened last year, so boring)

Then this week, a fren working at SPH invited me to go to the night safari (alwis wanted to go but the miser in me refuses to pay). SO finally can go check it out for free. Plus because it is a media/networking event, got FREE food! How to resist?
Because it happened to be Halloween, the night was more exciting than usual

All I know is I’m thankful to God for my family and friends. thankful that I got health (though a bit hypertensive!), got a job, doing what I like (not 100% but I guess I consider myself more fortunate than most people).
Birthdays really make you think and reflect…for me, I think about my life now…what am I doing? Am I happy? What can I do to make things better? Where am I going?
