Yesterday I wanted to get some salmon for supper and Clyde was with me.

Since it was just one item he stayed in the car and, as always, checked out the birds.

Although it is rare, sometimes there isn’t any salmon. I mentioned that to Clyde and I thought he said fish grow back.

He didn’t hear my comment about the salmon and what he really said was Fish Crow is back.

Life with a Naturalist can be very interesting and confusing at times.

I Guess I have Gotten used to that Piano…


I have played the piano since I was a kid and one of the first things I noticed about pianos is that all of them have very different action and it takes me days to get used to them.

A while back I was complaining about how white oil paint has changed. It is much thinner and seems to take forever to dry. I guess I finally figured out how used to it and now I like it very much. I use much less medium and am able to use brushes I hadn’t used in years.

Like I said, I guess I finally got used to that piano!

I don’t know which button I hit that I shouldn’t have hit but my choices on the draft are completely different. I guess I will hit publish and see what happens.
