She is trying to raise money for a little girl called Stacey. She is a sweet, funny, seven year old who dreams of being a princess and loves pink. We call her our little angel and she is so very brave, she rarely cries. Stacey has neuroblastoma, a cancerous tumour that develops in nerve tissue. In May 2010 her parents were told she had a 30% chance of survival. After 18 months of chemo and radio therapy, blood transfusions and a bone marrow transplant she was in remission. Sadly, at Christmas time Stacey became very ill again. Doctors at the Royal Marsden Hospital are trying to keep the cancer at bay with chemotherapy but her only chance of survival is to have the specialist intensive treatment only available in Germany. Her mum, dad and brother need every body's help to raise the vast amount of money to enable her to go to Germany for treatment. If this doesn't happen Stacey will lose her fight for life.
Now, the only thing I can think to do is make as many people as possible aware of her needs. I need to reach as many people as possible by spreading the word, so I had an idea of giving this away this special Magnolia Tilda stamp in a draw.
