Terms of Service

The violation and disregard of my terms of service can result in the cancel of your order, a refund of your payment (if applicable), and being placed on my commission blacklist.

When you commission me, you are agreeing to the following terms of service:

Contact

  • Please write in an appropriate manner when contacting me via social media and commission form.

  • Any ill and negative behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Commission forms will not be accepted if they are incomplete or do not provide clear and detailed information with visual references.

  • Keep in mind I am based in Sydney, Australia, under AEDT time.

Art Style + Experience

  • You are commissioning me to draw in my own style. Please do not ask me to replicate another.

  • I am most comfortable drawing feminine characters.

  • Colours will be modified to my usual bright and muted colour palette, unless explicitly told otherwise.

  • If something below is listed as something I can not draw and you would like to commission me for it, please still mention it because there is a chance I may like to take up the challenge to draw it (but I am sorry in advance if it isn't the best).

Payment

  • All commissions must be paid in full upfront, before the commission has started. By paying first, it will commence the process of your inquiry.

  • All payments must be paid in AUD. Please check currency conversion rates.

  • I only accept all payments via direct bank transfer. When the commission is agreed upon, I will send you my bank details via social media.

  • Base prices are subject to change depending on the artwork's complexity, either in character, prop or background design.

Refund/Cancel Policy

  • I have the full right to cancel and refund commissions at any time.

  • Commissioners have no right to cancel or demand a refund for their commission after the sketch.

  • Commissions may be refunded by 40% during the sketching phase.

Process

  • I take up 3 commissions at a time.

  • Please check prices. Contact me directly via social media and submit a commission form.

  • The commission will be talked about to confirm the prices and order.

  • I will send my bank details and start on your commission after the full payment has been sent. Once paid, I will commence the artwork.

  • Unlimited revisions during the sketching phase. Only minimal modifications afterwards.

  • Minimum of 2 WIPs are sent for approval. Please be upfront if something is bothering you.

  • Please attempt to reply to my updates at a timely matter so the artwork can be finished sooner.

  • I may take up to a max of 4 weeks for completion unless I have given a reason why I have postponed your commission (the reasons will mostly likely be because of exams, mental health or holidays).

Copyright and Usage Policy

I retain all copyright to my art. I can use your commissions as examples to promote/advertise my own art.

I have been using Paint Tool Sai 2 for everything since 2017. I have used Aseprite for animation since 2021. For Minecraft skins, I use MCSkin3D by Paril since 2016.How long have you been drawing for?
I have been drawing my whole life, but drew to improve since 2015. I have been drawing digital art since 2016. I've made Minecraft skins since 2015.Do you have a return policy?
Yes I do, please read my TOS. Commissions cannot be cancelled or refunded after the sketching phase. During the sketch phase, commissions can be cancelled and refunded 40% of the original price.
