This form is for students to report bias incidents that take place during the school year. For information on bias incidents, please review the website for definitions and a description of this process - https://www.acalanes.k12.ca.us/Page/3334 This form collects email addresses so that students can receive support. Students will be able to decide if they wish for their name involved in any investigation or follow up. If you are being physically threatened or there is an immediate safety concern, please contact your school's administration or call 911.
