It also shows what kids can do when something feels uncomfortable. Need a break? They can ask for one. Too bright? Ask for the lights to be turned off or use a blanket to block the light.

This book is designed to support children who do better when they know what to expect and have a plan. It can help whether they’re receiving their first ultrasound or their third. and includes a guide for parents and caregivers with benefits and limitations of ultrasounds, as well as tips on how to support their child before and during the test.
