March is Reading Month Volunteer Sign-Up
There are some fun events planned to honor March is Reading Month this year. We will need numerous volunteers to assist with the events. Volunteer opportunities will include assisting with school decorating, collecting reading log slips and tallying the results, helping during the guest author assembly, and more. You can sign up for multiple sessions based on your availablity. Thank you in advance for your time and help! Volunteers coming during school hours must sign in using the Verkada Guest program through the Kiosk in the vestibule. Please come 5-10 minutes early. You will need a government issued ID (i.e. drivers license) to get your visitor badge printed. After check in, proceed to the main office for your badge.

Ms. Marsh is in need of volunteers to assist during Kindergarten art class! She is requesting help Monday - Friday from 1pm - 2:15*. Please sign up below if you are interested and available; please reference your students specials calendar if you'd like to assist with a particular Kindergarten class, although you do not need to have a current Kindergarten student to volunteer to help out the students. Thank you for consdering! We know how valuable your time is! Location: PR Art Room Day: M - F * Please note timing differences on half days Volunteers must also sign in using the Verkada Guest program through the Kiosk in the vestibule. If you're able to give an hour of your time in the mornings (9-10a, daily), please consider joining Mrs. Mary Ledford, Pleasant Ridge teacher-librarian, for volunteering in our library and media center. Your time will be used to make copies, help with bulletin boards, shelf books and other tasks as assigned - please sign up below! Thank you in advance for supporting our school. Help at lunch is a much needed volunteer role at Pleasant Ridge especially for our Young 5, Kindergarten, and First Grade lunches! Your help in assisting with the salad bar, opening food packages, helping students clean-up and cleaning tables is greatly appreciated!! 10:55am - 11:25am 1st Grade Lunch 11:30am - 12:00pm Kindergarten Lunch 12:05pm - 12:35pm 3rd Grade Lunch 12:45pm - 1:15pm 2nd Grade and Y5 Lunch Volunteers must follow all safety protocols by washing hands and wearing gloves. Volunteers must also sign in using the Verkada Guest program through the Kiosk in the vestibule. Please come 5-10 minutes early.
