Public Announcement:Boaters travelling into the Wild Section of the Rogue River should be aware that the lines and hardware securing a snag to the left wall in Mule Creek Canyon have been removed in anticipation of winter flood waters. The untethered tree was solidly pinned to the left wall as of December 4, 2025. The snag was found as a river-wide navigational hazard on July 1, 2025 and mitigated for boat traffic on July 8, 2025.All information regarding this hazard going forward will be handled by the Oregon State Marine Board using their Boating Obstructions Dashboard tool.Moon Complex Fire
