In these group sessions, we will go over the importance of strength training and what that can look like in forms other than standard Olympic lifting (Hint: load isn’t specific to weights), proper lifting form, the importance of nutrition and sleep + the role it plays in development, as well as mental skills and how to implement them when it matters most.
