General Policies

Booking in Advance: Reservations for rooms and pinup areas cannot be booked more than 1 month in advance. This ensures all faculty have an equal opportunity to reserve a space.

Consecutive Reservations: To allow for equitable access, a user cannot book the same space more than 2 times in a row. Please plan your reservations accordingly.

Reserve Only What You Need: When booking a space, please reserve only the specific time you need. For example, if you are conducting a one-hour lecture, please book the space for that one hour only. This helps maximize availability for others. 

Cleanliness and Reset: All users are responsible for returning the space to its original condition.
