As an intuitive physical energy healer, I like to think of myself as a mechanical engineer. Spending years in the medical field, coupled with the love of how and why things work, I began my self-healing journey. I became deeply interested in body mechanics, how the nervous system works, and ways to manipulate it to let go of the years of trauma that allowed me to step into my fullest authentic self.
