After running out of fuel oil from my supplier despite their assurance that I would never run dry, I had vowed that I would never be put in that position again. The solution was relatively simple. I needed a fuel tank monitor that interfaced with my smartphone so I could periodically monitor fuel levels in the tank. The solution seemed simple, but my problems were just beginning. I then began seeking any company in the area to sell me and install a remote fuel tank monitor. Companies would promise to send representatives and I would never hear from them again or I was told that their company did not perform that kind of work. I finally found Big O Fuels after a last desperate online search supplemented by AI. I called Big O and spoke to a very friendly customer service representative. She arranged for Dane to come out to my house and perform the work. Dane showed up when promised and performed the work in a timely and efficient manner. He installed a fuel tank monitor that did not depend on my home WiFi signal since the fuel tank is located outside and a WiFi extender would have been required. Instead, he installed a monitor that depends on a cellular signal and that has a simple app that works on Android and Apple phones. The app was easy to install with step-by-step instructions provided by Big O Fuels and even simpler to use once installed. I am delighted with the services provided by this company (a far cry from my prior experiences with oil service and HVAC providers). Big O Fuels is very conscious of accountability to consumers and is completely transparent in its services. This is a quality provider in a sea of disappointing merchants.
