RSVP to Women Who Lift
We are excited to have you at our first FREE weightlifting workshop of this semester in collaboration with the Body Empowerment Project at Penn. Anna, who’s a professional PT (personal trainer) at Pottruck, will be running a group workout on Monday, February 24, from 5-6 PM, primarily focusing on beginner/intermediate weightlifting techniques and some compound lifts. Whether you are already in your weightlifting journey or are thinking to get started, this session will help you get a strong foundation in the lifting exercises. 🏋️♀️ The workshop will be held in Studio 311 (on the third floor) of Pottruck! Hope to see you all there! Since the workshop will only run for about an hour, it would be greatly appreciated if you show up on time!
