I cannot recommend Best Plaza Hotel WestBay enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere.

What stood out the most was how the staff treated us like family, especially my daughter Hawa. They were so caring and thoughtful—she was given balloons, coloring books, and so many little surprises that made her feel special. It’s clear they truly care about their guests, and we felt incredibly well taken care of during our almost two-month stay.

If you’re looking for a place that feels like home with excellent service and a warm, welcoming environment, Best Plaza Hotel WestBay is the perfect choice! Highly recommend!

Staying at Best Plaza West Bay Hotel in Doha was truly my best luck! I stayed for two nights and was highly impressed by the exceptional care from the staff. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and truly deserving of a 5-star rating. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Doha!

Amazing location. thank you Dr. Nasser for the hospitality, and staff as well. Incredibly friendly and willing to help, the pool area was clean and warm. The rooms were very luxurious with a beautiful view and comfortable beds, elevators are an added plus given their velocity and comfort they provide. Everything was flawless and the people are amazing. Highly recommended.

I have had a great stay here at the Best Plaza West Bay Hotel. Rooms are very spacious and accommodating, with all the necessary amenities to make it as comfortable as possible. And very reasonable pricing for a big room!

This hotel is perfectly located — everything is within walking distance, which made our stay incredibly convenient. The room was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean, with great attention to detail. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, and a big thank you especially to Kharl and Christina, who are such lovely people. Everyone was kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
