I started in grassroots football before being scouted and signed by AFC Wimbledon at age 11, where my academy journey began. Early mornings, late nights, training, travelling, and the drive to constantly improve defined my youth career.

At 17, I achieved what every academy player dreams of, I signed my first professional contract and made my professional debut against Luton Town at 18.

I went on to play in League One, League Two, the National League, the Scottish Premiership, and internationally for Albania, representing clubs such as AFC Wimbledon, Northampton Town, Livingston FC and Altrincham FC.

Experiencing the game at multiple levels taught me what it really takes to reach the professional level and stay there. I learned first-hand the standards, discipline, mentality and habits required to compete with the best.

Alongside my playing career, I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate & Management in 2025, earning First Class Honours. Balancing full-time football with my studies taught me professionalism, discipline and long-term thinking, values I now pass on to the players I work with. Football taught me that you can be anything and do anything you set your mind to.

Prices may vary based on location, facility hire, travel distance, and player requirements. Travel fees apply for distances over 10 miles. All sessions are 1 hour unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or the full session fee will apply. Block bookings must be used within 12 weeks of purchase. All programmes are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at the coach’s discretion. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled, not refunded. Sessions may be recorded for performance analysis unless requested otherwise.

My playing career ended earlier than expected due to injuries, but it opened the door to the next chapter, coaching the next generation. I am now a UEFA Licensed Coach with 11 years of coaching experience. I work with players of all ages, from beginners discovering the game to academy players chasing scholarships and contracts, and elite pros looking for marginal gains.

My mission is not just to develop better footballers, but better athletes, competitors and people. Whether a player wants to enjoy the game or dreams of playing professionally, my job is to guide them with honesty, care and high standards.
