I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible job DJ Mel did at our event. She was an absolute star!

Her ability to seamlessly handle both the DJing and MC duties made the night flow perfectly. Even with last-minute changes, she remained calm and adaptable, which truly impressed us.

Talking to her felt so comfortable, and execution of our inspirations and agenda was spot on. Our guests had a fantastic time, and we received so many compliments about the music and atmosphere she created.

Jess was fantastic. All the kids loved her. Tracey was also very easy to deal with and helpful.

Unfortunately our experience was the worst possible. We would have been far better doing it ourselves than having a DJ with ZERO presence, 5 max 10 songs we specifically asked for, no smoke that we PAID for, all for the $800 price tag. When I complained, all I got was her justifying the inadequate services provided and an offer of $50 refund. Finally offered us half back then reneged on arrangement.  NEVER use this service or if you want to risk it, pay HALF upfront and half on delivery! Spoilt my husband's 60th. Then having to deal with her unprofessional and extremely bad customer service where she went from giving me 101 excuses to attempting to blame me and accuse me of only wanting to pay half! Told her to keep all of it BUT I would definitely warn others about using this service!
