The biggest ways that our community can support our efforts are to:

1. Tell people about WHAT we are doing and WHY!
When people hear there is a "donation based" yoga class, well it gets varying reactions. When you tell them WHY we are doing it? its always the same. "I wish there was more of that!" Everyone wishes there were more places to heal, resources to discover you can regulate your nervous system, places to show you HOW.
2. If you know anyone in the Davis or Weber counties (and sometimes northern part of Salt Lake Co.) who own studio or space that would be suitable for a yoga and breathwork class... TELL THEM ABOUT US PLEASE!
We aren't yet a Non-Profit, (we are working to figure that out) but the affordable use of space helps us use the donations we do get from participants to afford more space to do it again.
