This course is designed for individuals obtaining CPR/BLS certification for the first time. Training follows American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines and includes hands-on instruction in high-quality CPR, AED use, and effective rescue breathing. Participants will gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to respond quickly and effectively in life-threatening emergencies. Upon successful completion, students receive an AHA certification card valid for two years.

Basic Life Support (BLS certification initial)

This course is designed for individuals renewing their CPR/BLS certification. Training follows current American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines and focuses on reinforcing high-quality CPR, AED use, and effective rescue breathing through hands-on practice. Participants will refresh critical life-saving skills and maintain confidence in responding to emergencies. Upon successful completion, students receive an AHA certification card valid for two years.
