This program is the exact method I developed and have used for over 6 years to achieve a weighted pull-up of +150lbs! Instructions should be clear to follow to begin your weighted pull-up journey, and the program is repeatable. Ideally, you should already be able to complete 8-10 bodyweight pull-ups for this program to best suit you. However, with some critical thinking you can use this method to achieve your first bodyweight pull-up by applying the same principles to your assisted pull-up training.
