INTRODUCTION The Stress Buster Idea Challenge aims to encourage school students to explore practical, creative, and scientific ideas to reduce academic, emotional, and social stress. The competition promotes emotional well-being, psychological awareness, and healthy coping strategies. Rules & Regulations 1. All participants must report 30 minutes before the event. 2. Participants must bring their own materials ( laptops, props, etc.). 3. Any form of harmful, violent, or unsafe content is strictly prohibited. 4. Students must use respectful language and maintain a positive attitude. 5. Participants should wear their school uniform/ID card. 6. The judges’ decisions will be final. Pre-Submission Requirements Participants must submit the following to the event co-ordinators at least 3 days before the event: Title of the Idea Name, Class, School Short Abstract (100–150 words)

Rules for Cinematic Dance 1. Each team consists minimum 4 and maximum 12 members. 2. Time limit of total performance 5-7minutes. 3. Music must be submitted in mp3 format one day before the performance. 4. Costumes should be decent, non-revealing and appropriate for campus. 5. Traditional, fusion or theme based costume are allowed. 6. Dance must be based on cinematic style. 7. Expressions, synchronization, creativity and energy will be judged. 8. Teams must report backstage at least 30 minutes before their scheduled performance. 9. Teams violating rules will be disqualified. 10. Rules for Pencil drawing 1. Open to high school and higher secondary students (Grade 9 to 12). 2. Participants must register in advance to confirm their spot. 3. Each participant is allowed to submit one drawing only. 4. Time limit allowed: 1.5 hours 5. Drawings must be created entirely by the participant. Assistance or copying is not allowed. 6. Only pencil-based mediums (graphite, charcoal, colored pencils) are allowed. Pen, marker, or paints are prohibited. 7. Participants must carry their own drawing materials, including pencils, erasers, sharpeners, and rulers. 8. The theme will be provided on the spot. 9. Drawings must strictly adhere to the theme. 10. The competition will provide the drawing sheet (usually A4 or A3 size). Personal paper or canvas is not permitted unless specified. 11. Judge’s decisions are final and binding.
