Laura is a great coach who empowers you with knowledge and help you to select the best practices. Working with her is the most valuable thing I did to myself this year. She is understandable person, have an emotional intelligence, and I never felt being judged or questioned to my choices. Thank you Laura for helping me in my journey.
When choosing to work with Laura, my main goals were to gain upper body strength and improve my general well-being. However there were so many more benefits from the training I did. I felt more energetic, my running improved and I felt more confident. Laura listened to me and what I wanted to achieve out of the sessions. She checked that I was happy with the exercises and clearly spent time thinking what would suit me and my needs. Laura was super supportive and encouraging and I always felt like I had made good progress after each session.
Laura is so lovely and has so many great ideas ! I used to feel a bit silly in the gym , knowing I need to lift weights, but which ones and how heavy 🤔 ? She has shown me how strong I actually am , and given me the tools I need to move forward and be stronger ! 💪.
