Each October, Project SAFE hosts Empowerment Week—a series of intentional, healing-centered events designed to honor survivors, raise awareness about domestic and intimate partner violence, and strengthen our campus community’s commitment to collective care, consent, and justice.
This year’s Empowerment Week invites us to reimagine what safety, healing, and empowerment can look like—within ourselves and with one another. Through conversations on radical consent, movement-based healing, resource sharing, and mindful rest, we will explore how to show up for ourselves and each other in a world shaped by harm, resilience, and resistance.
