Starting with the good, wonderful views, great bathroom, balcony. Very nice location by a beautiful lake. However this resort does not deserve the name Decameron... Wifi never worked, no hangers, no soap holders, no complimentary water, and no extra pillows. The breakfast was very lacking as well. This hotel has all the makings of one that should be 1/2 the price, 2-3 stars. Service was mediocre at best. I am writing this in the hope someone from Decameron reads it and sends someone to improve service. As someone who knows hotels and the quality of Decameron resorts, This one is currently NOT worth the price paid

A beautiful place but be carefull as they charge by the person not by room. Also take a shower at night as there's little hot water in the morning as everybody is using. Bring warm clothing as is gets old there. The dining facilities there are good.
