I'm so glad you're here! I'm Brittni, founder of Resting in Motherhood (formerly Lilahby Sleep) and I'm passionate about normalizing infant sleep as well as helping parents get more sleep without any form of sleep training. I'm a Certified Baby-Led Sleep & Well-Being Specialist and am currently working on obtaining my Lactation Counselor Certification. My approach to baby sleep & development is holistic and respectful of each baby's unique needs. I'm here to help you understand your baby better in order to find ways that you can maximize sleep! I'll never recommend one size fits all advice, so even when you aren't working 1:1 with me, you can rest assured that I offer many different options to meet your needs within my workshops and courses.
