About BAC
The Belonging Advisory Council (BAC) is composed of members of the student body who are passionate about creating a welcoming environment for the Smith community. Its goals are to:
(1) Represent the collective views of the student body; ensuring every member of our community has access to safe and inclusive campus communities
(2) Empower students with diverse identities and provide comprehensive support in their undergraduate journey;
(3) Foster a welcoming and inclusive community of belonging; and
(4) Unite Smith so that we may thrive together, rather than struggle separately.
