They also know the frustration of trying to find a human being to help them restore operations. I've been a US Bancard Merchant Services customer operating 4 retail stores for over 10 years. US Bankcard Services have provided and supported my POS Clover System and offered very competitive Merchant Services during that period. On the few occasions when we experienced technical difficulties, the owner, Gabriel Gujeiro, not only took our support calls on weekends and evenings, he provided troubleshooting himself and stayed with us until the issue was resolved. In a world where technology is supported by Bots, online help files that never provide an answer to one's problems, and the inability to engage in a live chat, not to mention a genuine telephone call (what's that?), US Bancard Merchant Services is a breath of fresh air. I would recommend them unequivocally.
