Youth in Development and Policy (YIDP) is a youth-led initiative on a mission to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world opportunities for young Africans, particularly Nigerians who studied International Relations, Political Science, Policy, Development Studies, and related fields. Every year, thousands of passionate students graduate from these disciplines with hopes of shaping the future, yet many are left navigating an unstructured job market with little guidance, limited resources, and few practical tools.
