Princess Hours
I spent 2 days to clear the 24 episodes. So much said about my studies. Oh well, I simply love this drama series!
Grand-mama
I’ve a folder full of funny videos. When I feel bored (like now), I will play them to cheer myself up. This is one of them..
Maxed Out At Work
My lack of blogging has everything got to do with my work as usual.
Totally knocked out everyday after I reach home. Just want to sit there on the sofa and stone in front of the TV. Plus, the need to study for my impeding exams (which I haven’t started till date) makes me feel even more guilty if I came online.
Work is getting in an even messier state. I hope it gets sorted out soon.
On leave till 11-Nov but don’t feel happy at all. Honestly, I rather work than study for exams. I hate exams. Maybe that’s why I’m facing blockages – my procrastinating attitude. I need to be positive. I can do it. I can do this. I LOVE EXAMS!
Planning for a Cameron Highlands trip for the family in late December. Though the place is like vegetables, vegetables and more vegetables, but its a budget short cold getaway! I love trips as long as my passport gets stamped. Haha..
Will try not to blog frequently because if I do, it means I’m not studying. I really need to start studying..now..now..now…
Cute Flipping Hamsters
This is just so cute. I want one!
Dar saved the file as ‘Rats’ at first. Gosh, how can he not tell a rat and a hamster apart! Now Regan call them rats.
Cheap Manual Labour
I haven’t been working properly the last two days.
Was busy packing the centre I just got transferred to. It was like a storeroom or warehouse where you dump things that you do not want. Being a neatophrobic, I simply can’t work in all the mess.
Sighs. But not only the office physical environment is messy, the centre’s organisation chart is extremely unstable. Another colleague tendered this week. Haven’t hire any new staff to replace those whom had left and now another one is leaving.
Anyways, body is now aching all over from all the climbing up, climbing down, dragging boxes left, dragging boxes right for the last 2 days. Very painful lor my neck, my back, my arms, my buttock, my thighs, my kneecaps and my calf. I’m dying.
Sat for a good 30 minutes on the OSIM chair and feel even worse – can’t walk!
The traditional way still works better, my trusty ‘Counterpain’! Now I smell like a walking medicated plaster. If only they can come up with a Kenzo Flowers version..
Working again tomorrow, 我的命好苦阿!
Busy Day
An extremely busy day filled with things-to-do after resting for so long.
10am Meet CISCO security at dad’s house on CCTV installation
11am Blood test at TTSH
12pm Lunch at Ng Ah Sio Bak Kut Teh
1pm Bugis temple to pray
2pm Show dar where Thomson Plaza (new office) is located
3pm See Shueyi’s new baby at Thomson Medical Centre
4pm Medical appointment at TTSH
Did not get to carry the new baby as she’s still in ICU (premature) but she looks so cute and tiny. Ang goo goo goo goo..

Stepping back to the corporate world tomorrow. Back to all the wars (of the hypocrites) and battles (of the backstabbers). Sighs..
World Issues
I think it might be the end of the world soon with so many problems we are facing. The world is like going mad.
Just an any-o-how count by an amaturish me, whom seldom follow the news usually, also can come up with 8 9 10 11 12 13(only recently la because more free no need work mah) :
- North Korea’s nuclear test “latest headlines hogger”
- Taiwan’s red and green spilt politics
- India and Parkistan’s war
- Bangladesh and Tamil Tigers’s war
- US and Afghanistan’s war
Thailand’s military coupMilitary still holds control over parliament- Indonesia’s plantations/forests burning adding on to El Nino effect
Japan strained ties with China and South KoreaNew PM resolved- Japan and Russia’s unsigned end of world war II treaty
China and Taiwan’s undecisive separationDied off with North Korea keeping everyone busy- Singapore and Malaysia’s arguments over bridge, water, tolls
- Brazil’s plane crash
- Philipiness and Vietnam’s typhoon
Already everyday, there are people in this world whom are dying of hunger and cold which can be avoided, if those rich politicians in the world channels their money into more honorable causes than weapons that can cause mass destructions. Or channel their money to help those people whom are suffering from natural disasters.
But NO! They rather use the money to try to fight for more money or power. Stupid rich politicians. Can’t they open their eyes, wake up their ideas and look around them? Why can’t we be loving towards one another (ok, I still don’t love my boss)…as in country to country basis?
Maybe that’s how the dinosaurs that roamed this earth billions ago all died. They wanted to eat more leaves or meat and started killing one another by stomping around (war) leading to the world spilting into continents (natural disaster) and they end up all dead?
What’s wrong with this world!
YouTube Clip Of The Week : Japanese Crazy Taxi
Dar always like to surf through YouTube for hilarious video clips when he is bored. So I’ve decided to get him to find the funniest or most interesting one among all that he’ve seen and share with you all for a good laugh on a weekly basis. Not bad right, I got staff to work for me lor! Haha…
This one’s damn funny. Think I’ll be scared out of the hell if I boarded this ‘taxi’ unknowingly. Might start strangling the driver and kill him us or something midway into the ride. The victim’s expression is so comical! Lucky thing to have the chinese subtitles to know what’s going on or else the effect might be kinda lost, so do pause to read it first if necessary.
Baby
A friend just call to annonuce she has given birth to a baby girl! Its the third daughter in the family, the first 2 are twins.
Feeling very glad for her as both her deliveries were premature and under caesarean, which were resulted from serious bleeding.
Intended to visit her tomorrow but I’ve got to go to the hospital for a blood test in the morning and study in the afternoon for a test in the evening. So decided to sent her a hamper first and pop by to see her on Tuesday instead before my 3pm medical appointment.

Hope I get to carry the new baby though now she is currently under Intensive Care (1.8kg only).
In line with the new baby’s arrival, I found a GREAT game from Maggi Lau (she’s my favourite online game creator) – Nursery! Go have a shot at it. Its really super mega ubber F-U-N!

Yahoo! Singapore News : Haze Sparks Demand For Face Masks And Air Purifiers
The PSI hit an alarming 150 an hour ago.

I think I need the above items badly.
Having a bad sore throat, breathlessness leading to racing heartbeat and eye irritation. I wonder if its related to my current low immunity that I’m affected so easily by the haze.
I hope a good thunderstorm (weatherman in the sky: after 3.30pm please, Regan have swimming class at 2pm, thanks!) can solve our problems – douse out Indonesia’s fires and settle down Singapore’s smoke particles.
Never appreciate our normal fresh air until times like this. Proves that people always takes things for granted and do not treasure stuffs that you think will always be there…me inclusive.
