User involvement in practice leads to better digital solutions 🚧📱 When digital tools are developed together with the people who actually use them, the results speak for themselves. Arne Sollie, Project Manager at NRC Kept AS, has been closely involved in testing Ditio and Endre, building on experience from Norway’s largest demolition project at Bodø Airport (with Peab). Already there, Ditio provided real-time insight, better control, smoother collaboration, and far less manual work. - With just a few keystrokes, I have a full overview of who is on site. It gives reassurance and much better control of the project, says Sollie. As part of NRC Group Norge’s digitalisation efforts, Ditio and Endre were piloted with active user involvement. With experience from real project work, Arne naturally became a test user, contributing continuous feedback throughout the process. Only minor adjustments were needed, a clear sign that the solutions were fit for purpose from the start. The goal is to pilot solutions that deliver real operational value and scale those that prove effective across projects and divisions. 🎉 GREAT NEWS! 💨🌍 NRC Group Finland has been selected as the main contractor for OX2’s Salo–Ylikoski wind power project in Kauhava! 🙌 We will be responsible for: ✅ The wind farm’s road network ✅ The foundations ✅ The internal electrical network ✅ The design and construction of the electrical substation Preparatory work is already partly underway, and the main construction work will begin at the start of next year. - Our team is extremely proud to collaborate with a leading renewable energy operator to advance sustainable electricity production and distribution. This is a strategically significant project for us, says Harri Lukkarinen, Managing Director of NRC Group Finland. 🔋 Construction of the wind farm will be completed by the end of 2026, and the substation will be ready in spring 2027. - It is truly great to work with OX2 to promote wind power.
