Lord, I understand,
all things I can do . . .
for I know my strength
comes direct from You.
There isn’t anything,
that I can’t achieve
as long as in You
I trust and believe.
Lord, I am aware,
in every situation
Your strength I’ll possess
for the entire duration.
Your power I’ll have,
to endure all things
no matter what life
from me takes or brings.
Lord, I understand,
I trust and I believe
in and for all things . . .
Your strength I’ll receive!

Real, true faith will unleash,
God’s power in you . . .
there won’t be anything
in Him you can’t do.
For when you believe,
in the power He bestows
His strength in you
will be fully exposed.
Real, true faith will let loose,
God’s authority in you . . .
a mountain you can move
and even a fig tree too.
But, you must believe,
without having any doubt
that God’s power in you
you can always call out.
Real, true faith will unleash,
God’s power and might
as long as with it’s size . . .
you don’t question or fight!

In my fragile weakness,
Jesus’ grace is sufficient
His power and His strength
keeps me doubt resistant.
In my worrisome troubles,
Jesus is my one true hope
His power and His strength
helps me each day to cope.
In my anxious waiting,
Jesus my nerves He stills
His power and His strength
in me He constantly refills.
In my helplessness,
Jesus is my defender
His power and His strength
are my fears suspenders.
No matter what each day,
in this world I may face . . .
His power and His strength
are my redeeming grace!

Stand fast,
don’t budge
from the truth
don’t nudge.
Stand tall,
mighty high
to the world

God gives power,
to those who are faint
He will boost it . . .
as for Him they wait.
Though they be weary,
they will not fall
for it’s on His name
they faithfully call.
God gives strength,
to those with none
He will increase it
as you walk and run.
Though you may be,
fretful and frazzled
with wings like an eagle
you’ll begin to travel.
God gives power,
your strength He will renew
to help you get up and over . . .
what seems impossible to do!

God gave to us,
a spirit of love
just like the kind
He has above.
A spirit transformed,
just like His Son
so we can spread
hope to every one.

a spirit of power
at our access
no matter the hour.
Power to have,
a sound mind
where fear is . . .
no where to find.

a spirit of self-control
when we let Him
enter our soul!

Lord, I know You’re faithful,
honest and reliable
and that in Your hands
I need to remain pliable.
For, You will surely do,
all that You say You will
and it is up to me . . .
to wait on You and be still.

competent and dependable
and that without Your power
the goal is unattainable.
For, the way is straight,
and on it I must not bend
if I want to be with You

I can do all things in Christ,
through Him all is possible . . .
there’s not a mountain I can’t move
for in Christ nothing is impossible.
I can work all things out in Christ,
in His strength I cannot fail
there isn’t anything I can’t do
for in Christ I’m strong not frail.
I can go where I want in Christ,
with Him I can walk on the sea
there isn’t a storm I can’t face
for in Christ His power lives in me.
I can soar above the clouds in Christ,
rise over my fears and doubt
there’s nothing that can stop me
for in Christ I can pray them all out.

you can do the impossible . . .
if you let Him do the possible in you!

Feeling faint,
weak and small
wondering if you have
any strength at all?
Well don’t you give up,
nor should you give in
for God’s power to you
He has already given.
Feeling feeble,
timid and wimpy
is your faith becoming
lean and skimpy?
Well don’t you quit,
or give up the fight
instead be filled
with all of God’s might.
Feeling faint,
vulnerable and weak . . .
then more of God’s power
you just need to seek!

I am a conqueror,
whatever life brings
I can overcome . . .
all variety of things.
If a catastrophe,
descended on my day
for power and strength
to God I would pray.
If I am troubled,
worried or distressed
on Jesus I would call
so not to be depressed.
If I am persecuted,
for how I believe
onto my faith and hope
the harder I would cleave.
If I am hungry,
naked and weak
it would be God’s face
that I would first seek.
If death by a sword,
should be my fate . . .
I’d more than a conqueror
as I enter heaven’s gate!
