Open Source Java Dictionary Software for Mac

"Al-Lamy" our new educational program for conjugating Arabic verbs. It counters the problems observed in the other Arabic conjugation systems by using a dictionary of 8000 verbs and by implementing the grammatical rules of 70 verbal classes that cover their declinations. Al-Lamy displays conjugations and characteristics of Arabic verbs in a user-friendly interface and tests show that it performs in a satisfactory way.

Multilingual Crosswords - it finds solutions for grid puzzles by using words dictionary. It can support any language - currently polish and english dictionary. Rich client for editing/viewing is foreseen.

Программа для заучивания английских (хотя по большому счету ей без разницы) слов. Постоянно показывает на экране английское слово и его перевод, при показе слова может воспроизвести его произношение при наличии аудиофайла. Транскрипцию слова и аудиофайл берет из словаря в dsl формате (протестировано с Longman Pronunciation Dictionary). Написана на Java, платформа безразлична. Поэтому и писалась, т.к. для UNIX like систем такой программы мною было не найдено.
